We offer you:
• A research stay at KU Leuven of four weeks in the Leuven Centre for Irish Studies;
• Accommodation with breakfast in the Irish College Leuven for the entire period of your stay;
• A registration as a KU Leuven visiting scholar, which gives you insurance coverage as well as
• access to (digital) libraries and all university facilities (restaurants, sports facilities, …)
• Office space (depending on availability);
• Apart from their LCIS affiliation, the visiting fellow will also have a visiting affiliation with the
• research group of the fellow’s host at KU Leuven.

We expect you:
• to engage in LCIS research activities as well as those of the research group;
• to give an LCIS lecture on the topic of your research during your stay.

We invite you to first get in touch with the (senior) LCIS member you would like to act as your host.

project to lcis@kuleuven.be. Deadline for the January fellowship is 6 November 2023; for the autumn fellowship, 1 August 2024.
