SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The School of Canadian Irish Studies and the Ireland-Canada University Fund are pleased to announce TWO ICUF Irish Language Scholarships to attend the NUI Galway, International Summer School this summer.  The scholarship will cover the costs of travel (up to Cdn. $1,200), tuition, board and lodging for the month, as well as a stipend of €100.  The course begins on July 19th and runs until August 16th.

Only students formally enrolled in the Major, the Minor or Certificate in Canadian Irish Studies are eligible to apply. Please send the following:
•    covering letter indicating why you wish to study Irish and how much you already know
•    an updated CV
•    name and contact details of one referee
