Call for Papers, Women and the Great Hunger Conference June 3-6th, USA

Ireland’s Great Hunger Institute at Quinnipiac University will be hosting its annual conference this June on the theme of “Women and the Great Hunger in Ireland.” The conference seeks to explore the diverse and still largely unexplored role of women during the Great Hunger. Organizers are inviting abstracts of 300 words on a variety of topics exploring this theme through February 1, 2015.
