Liverpool Heritage Centre, a venue for 'authentic Irish culture' since 1965 is occuping a magnificent Grade II listed Palladian building of 1816 by Edmund Aiken, with a jewel-like ballroom with Adam ceiling and Wedgewood frieze by Flaxman.
