Please remember that places on the pre- and post-conference tours are being allocated on a first come, first served basis, and are likely to book out very quickly.

 

About Registration

For delegates: Your pre-paid Conference Kit will be available for collection at the AGSM from 9.00-11.00am on Thursday 20 July and from 10.30 to 11.00am on Friday 21 July.

For visitors: Registration will be available at the AGSM for visitors from 9.00-11.00am on Thursday 20 July and from 10.30 to 11.00am on Friday 21 July, Saturday 22 July, and Sunday 23 July respectively.


REGISTRATION FEE

There are several ‘packages’ available that have been designed to meet various needs. Please choose carefully as it will not be possible to vary your registration once you have booked and paid on-line. ON-LINE BOOKING WILL BE AVAILABLE IN MID-APRIL.

The buffet lunches and morning and afternoon teas will be catered by the AGSM, the principal venue for the Conference. Individual meals can be purchased at the AGSM for $25; morning and afternoon teas for $7.00 each. There are several inexpensive food outlets within easy walking distance of the AGSM for those who would prefer to buy their own meals.

All figures are in Australian dollars and include taxes.

The Conference Dinner will be a fully catered Sydney Harbour Cruise with live classical and light classical music as entertainment on board the Captain Cook III departing Friday 21 July at 18.45 from Sydney Harbour Warf and returning 21.45 to Sydney Harbour Warf. Guests will be expected to make their own way to and from the Warf.

For delegates:

There are 3 options.

D1: Cost = $375. Includes full registration; 4 buffet lunches, 4 morning teas and 4 afternoon teas; entrance to all lectures and seminars; and Conference Dinner.

D2: Cost = $275. Includes full registration; 4 morning teas and 4 afternoon teas; entrance to all lectures and seminars; and Conference Dinner.

D3: Cost = $225. Includes full registration; entrance to all lectures and seminars; and Conference Dinner.


For visitors:

There are 4 options:

V1: Cost = $400. Includes full registration; 4 buffet lunches, 4 morning teas and 4 afternoon teas; entrance to all lectures and seminars; and Conference Dinner.

V2: Cost = $250. Includes full registration; entrance to all lectures and seminars; and Conference Dinner.

V3: Cost = $100. Includes full registration; 1 buffet lunch, 1 morning tea and 1 afternoon tea; and entrance to all lectures and seminars. (Day rate)

V4: Cost = $125. Conference Dinner
